Refill Timing and Delivery Options
To ensure a seamless therapy routine, we recommend submitting refill requests a few days before your current supply runs out. This allows ample time for clinical reviews and provider coordination.
- Standard retail prescriptions are typically prepared and ready for pickup or delivery within a few hours.
- Compounded prescriptions require meticulous laboratory preparation and are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours.
- Select delivery during checkout or pickup at our Mineola Boulevard pharmacy counter.
Medical & Prescription Compliance Notice
All refill requests require a valid, active prescription on file with current refills remaining. If your prescription has expired, our clinical team will coordinate directly with your provider to request a renewal.
