- Step 2: We Contact Your Old Pharmacy: Our pharmacists contact your previous pharmacy to securely transfer active refills.
- Step 3: Clinical Onboarding: We verify your insurance, review for clinical drug interactions, and discuss compounding or delivery needs.
- Step 4: Complete Onboarding: We prepare your medications and notify you when they are ready for pickup or local delivery.
What Information We Need from You
To ensure a swift, accurate transfer, please prepare a few basic details when contacting our pharmacy onboarding specialists.
- Your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and phone number.
- Your current prescription insurance card details (or physical card at pickup).
- The name and phone number of your previous pharmacy, along with the prescription numbers or drug names.
Medical & Prescription Compliance Notice
The transfer of prescription refills is subject to state and federal pharmacy laws. Certain restricted or controlled substances cannot be transferred and require a brand new prescription from your physician.
